All streets in the neighborhood have parking meters; finding a place is relatively easy, but of course you have to pay (it is possible to renew by phone). Fee for 4h: 5,60€. More information (in French) on stationnement à Issy.
Another option is to park at centre commercial des Trois Moulins (big mall), located just across the street. Price: free up to 2h30, then 3€ an hour.
